Hi Milan, you talking email follow ups (autoresponder) or for something more like a customer relationship management (CRM) tool for you to use to keep on top of things?

If you are looking for a CRM tool - I'm liking BatchBook (www.batchblue.com) now. It's affordable, has cool social media hooks to allow you to connect via social media and has some cool third party tool integrations.

Hi Wade,

CRM tool is what I was looking for.

Does it keep track of conversations?

I am going to look into that.

Thanks

While I have not had any experience with this software, I have see other merchants using NetSuite. Have also heard good things about SalesForce.

Milan, they give you an email address that you can forward or CC emails to that attaches follow ups to a communications record with a contact - it's pretty easy to use and I am liking it more each time I work with it. They have a free trial - check it out.

Might also be worth checking out SalesForce (or SugarCRM).

Merxcore is also an alternative. It is a very simple to use CRM with all of your basic features. It provides one account for all of a companies salesmen so they can share all their data. Its mainly targeted towards small businesses.

I used Salesforce CRM and it was great, but mist of the features we did not need. Batchbook is great, has less features and focuses more on contacts than sales and marketing.
